Built to Serve. ServiceMaster Performance is “built to serve” – our customer, our employees, our community and our planet. Founded on the core principals of Honoring God, Developing People, Performing with Excellence and Growing Profitably; we understand that customers and employees come first in a service organization if we are to grow profitably.
- How we serve the customer. ServiceMaster Performance starts with understanding your needs and expectations. We then design site specific plans to meet them. This encompasses how we clean your building, as well as how we keep it secure and healthy.
- How we serve our People. Many people believe that “all janitorial is the same – it’s the supervision that counts”. This is simply not true. At ServiceMaster Performance, we place our people ahead of our profits and as a result have the lowest turnover and greatest longevity of any company in New Mexico. On our management staff alone, half have been with the company over 20 years!
- How we serve our community. As a part of the communities we serve, ServiceMaster Performance is involved. As you review our “links” you will see that we not only are actively involved in the industry trade associations but also the community. In 2009 we opened the first ever Children’s Promise Center in New Mexico specifically to provide quality child care and development for our employees families as well as the working community throughout Albuquerque. - How we serve the planet. While most cleaning companies give “lip service” to green cleaning, only ServiceMaster Clean has designed a patented “capture and removal” system that actually “captures” dust and soil while “removing” it from your building. Only ServiceMaster Clean uses chemicals that are so safe that the FDA has approved them for consumption (we don’t recommend it though – they taste terrible!). ServiceMaster Performance was the first cleaning service to achieve Green Seal certification. Why is this important to you? ONLY Green Seal™ actually audits certified companies onsite to confirm that we are indeed “practicing what we preach”.
Our History. ServiceMaster Performance was founded in 1980 by Evelyn Brown and for the first 30 years was known as “ServiceMaster by Brown”. Ed and Mary Pat Cook purchased the company in 1991. As an independent franchise of the ServiceMaster Corporation (www.servicemasterclean.com) ServiceMaster Performance cleans more square footage in the state of New Mexico than another cleaning company. Currently, our company is the 9th largest ServiceMaster Clean janitorial franchise out of over 4,500 franchisees. At ServiceMaster Performance, we bring you the strength of a 5.5 billion dollar organization with the heart of local ownership.

- Our operations team headed up by Jeff Davis is unparralled in expertise and ability. Averaging 18 years with ServiceMaster Performance, there simply is no better team to care for you building.
- Michelle Dux. Michelle brings over 12 years of sales and operational expertise in commercial cleaning.
- Lydia Gutiérrez heads up our administrative support team for all of our customer service, operations and sales teams.
