ServiceMaster Performance is built on “Performance Management Systems”.
“A strategic and integrated approach to increasing the effectiveness of organizations by improving the performance of the people who work in them and by developing the capabilities of teams and individual contributors” Michael Armstrong
Keys to our Performance at your facility include:
- Developing a facility specific plan that outlines your expectations and standards as well as proper security, key control and Green Seal™ standards for Green Cleaning. We also outline your specific carpet, floor and periodic work and schedule monthly to assure it gets done.
- Hiring the right people. No other cleaning company goes to the extent we do to assure the people we place in your facility are legal and safe. We perform extensive social security verification (starting with E-Verify) and follow through with county, state, federal and sexual offender checks. Every employee if tested for drugs prior to placement in your facility as well as randomly throughout the year.
- Training them to perform. The ServiceMaster Clean extensive training and coaching system assures that every employee is qualified, safe and knows how to maintain your building security. With full compliance to OSHA, EEOC and HIPPA standards, (including annual re-training), our employees are the best trained available.
- Inspections. Everyone talks about inspections, but most rely on the very production managers that manage the crews to perform inspections. As ServiceMaster Performance, we believe in “Inspect what you expect”. In addition to nightly and weekly operational inspections for quality, only at ServiceMaster Performance will you get regular formal inspections by independent inspectors that verify that we are not only providing the quality expected but that the employees are in full compliance procedurally for cleaning, safety and facility security.
- Communication. At any time you can log onto our secure website to view your quality inspections, completion of periodic work, upcoming scheduled periodic work as well as issues reported and their resolution. Our P.A.C.T. (Plan, Act, Communicate, and Track) system guarantees that issues are resolved in the expected timeframe.
